Coach guide will pick up clients from 8:00—8:30am; 

 

Then drive about 2 hours to reach terrace ticketing office where you will have a short break. On the way driving to visit Dazhai rice terrace, you will stop at the Huangluo Red Yao village for a 30 minutes show by the local minorities; the best part of the show is the long hair Red Yao women who are famous in the region. 

 

 County, about 100 Longsheng The Longsheng Rice Terraces(Dragon's Backbone) are located in kilometers from Guilin city. The terraced fields are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountaintop, between 600 to 800 meters above sea level. A coiling terrace line that starts from the mountain foot up to the mountaintop divides the mountain into layers of water in spring, layers of green rice shoots in summer, layers of rice in fall, and layers of frost in winter. The terraced fields were mostly built about 650 years ago.
