The bus will pick up you at your hotels.
Drive to Beijing Zoo where you can see lovely Giant Pandas. The visit to panda house takes about 40 minutes.
After panda tour, 45 minutes will be arranged for you to take pictures at 2008 Beijing Olympic sites: Bird's Nest and Water Cube. If you are interested in the inner structure of the stadiums, the tour guide will assist you with buying tickets, and you could enter the stadiums for a visit yourself.
Then drive to Yonghe Temple (also called Lama Temple), the largest Tibetan-style Buddhist temple in Beijing. It was first built in 1694 as a mansion for Pince Yong and was finally transformed into a lama temple in 1744. The visit takes about 1 hour and will end at about 11:00 am.
After Chinese lunch at a typical Beijing resident's house, start Hongtu tour by rickshaw. Hutong is the name of the lanes connecting the roads in Beijing. The number of hutongs in Beijing reached as many as over 3000 in the 1940s. This Hutong tour takes about 2 hours.
Then drive to the Jingshan Park, a former imperial garden constructed in 1928. It lies to the east of Beihai Park and the summit of Mt. Jingshan was once the highest point in Beijing. Overlooking from the peak, you are able to get a full and clear view of the Forbidden City. The visit to the park takes about 40 minutes.
We also arrange a short visit to a Silk Shop to enjoy Chinese Traditional Silk Arts.
