Bamboo Rafting

Bamboo rafting in Xingping region is one of the impressive parts of the Li River, where you can see the giant limestone peaks, subtropical forest shading the banks and long white pebble beaches (depending on the water level).

Nine Horse Fresco Hill

Traveling upstream from Xingping, there is a hill surrounded by hills on three sides while facing to the river. Colorful stones from the cliff of the hill make it looks like a mural at a far distance. Besides the picturesque cliff, this hill is also famous for the Nine Horses Fresco Hill. In this 400-meter-high and 200-meter-wide hill, there are nine horses in various poses on the cliff. Some are running joyfully, some are standing and shouting to the sky, while some are strolling to find food.

Xingping old town 

Xingping village used to be a fishing village for about 500 years. There is a resemblance between the buildings in Xingping Old Village and that in the town: grey bricks, black tiles, pitched roofs, overhanging eaves, carved window, which are of typical northern Guilin architectural style. All of the architectures in Xingping are still preserved well.
